We understand that purchasing jewelry can be tricky. This is why we offer you the possibility of exchanging or returning your jewelry that is not suitable, and we will refund your entire purchase.
It is important to contact us to arrange the return and refund atatelier@carolechiotasso.com or by telephone at +33 4 68 75 85 26. You have 14 days to request the return of your product. When your request is validated, the items must be returned within 14 days.
Any returned jewelry must not have been worn, be in perfect condition and must be returned in its original Carole Chiotasso box, with all possible accessories, as well as with its invoice. Any return that does not comply with these conditions will be rejected and the part will be returned to you. Return costs are your responsibility, with the same shipping provider as that of receipt. The risks associated with this reshipment are your responsibility, and we would be grateful if you could provide us with the tracking number for your return by email. If the product is lost by the carrier during shipment, you are solely responsible and cannot be reimbursed.
Upon receipt of the product at our premises, you can request an exchange or refund with another product available on our site.
Shipping costs and times will vary depending on the new order placed and stock availability.In accordance with the provisions of articles L.111-1, L.221-5, L.221-11 and L.616.1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute the buyer can contact the Médicys mediator (https:// medicys.fr).

Payment for your online order can be made by credit or debit card.
No credit card data is saved on our servers. You can enter your card data on a secure page managed externally by our service provider in charge of processing our bank's electronic banking. The Stripe security protocol provides optimal security in the transfer of your data.
If the jewelry you wish to order is available in our stock in the right size, we can send it to you within 4 to 5 days in mainland France and Europe, via FEDEX, a secure transport service.
If the size you want is not available, your jewelry will be made for you, to order, in our French workshop, located in Narbonne. The manufacturing and delivery time is then 4 to 6 weeks on average.
A confirmation email will be sent to you to notify you of the availability of the item.

We will do everything possible to meet your needs.Orders are shipped with the purchase invoice specifying the total amount of your purchases in euros, with or without taxes depending on the country of destination. All jewelry shipped by us is insured regardless of its value.
You will be asked for proof of identity and the invoice for the jewelry. The products will be delivered to the address you indicated when ordering. It is therefore up to you to check that this address does not contain any errors, and to mention as many details as possible (door code, floor, etc.). We cannot be held liable if the address provided by you is incorrect, thus preventing or delaying delivery.
When we have delivered your order to the desired carrier, you will receive an email with a package tracking number to track your order. We cannot be held responsible for a delivery delay caused by the carrier or the customs services of the country of destination. For security reasons we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If you are absent when your package is delivered, you will need to contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery. If it cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to us. We will then offer to reship the products to you at your expense.
Customs duties, import taxes or handling costs will be your responsibility and vary depending on the value of your purchase and the country in which you receive the goods.
